Not my fault your the mod you need to know the rules you need to be able to explain how that’s breaking it and what rule I broke from rule book that’s your job to know the rules. I was no where near him when I pulled a gun out he was at coal or some shit mining and I was at peek box which one did I break I get the rules which one and how did I do it answer that stop citing

You broke the one I highlighted in bold, when we were in game you and @SomeAviationGuy told me that you were in the mines, tried to steal his tv, got held at gunpoint and told to leave the mines, you came back 5 mins later and got held at gunpoint again, you were told if you came back you would be shot, now that enough of breaking fearRP but then you came back again, he turned around and you shot him

He told me to leave how does that rule have anything to do with it I can pull a gun or run away unless he tell me to 1st time he didn’t tell me to leave or die I said can I leave and he said yes and then I came running back down latter and was trying to get revenge on him bye mugging him and I had a pistol equipped bye then so he came up to me again and said that time to leave or die so I left then I went above him and killed him that rule apply to when he’s pointing a gun at me he told me to leave so I did when he had gun pointed at me after that he didn’t so I was able to do whatever I want for me to stay under fear rp there has to be a gun to me got me to stay under fear rp after there’s no gun on me I can do whatever plz show me a video or some type of proof or even when we said I ran away when he had a gun on me or I pulled a gun when he had one pointed to ne

Time to conclude this staff report. From what I understand: @SomeAviationGuy told you to leave the ravine because you stole a TV and you came back with a gun to shoot him. This is actually not falling under fearrp. Fearrp really focusses itself on running away from gunpoint or drawing a gun whilst on gunpoint. I've told @SomeAviationGuy and @Mr Creeper that, so they know now.

It is allowed to come back to kill someone after that same person has threatened to kill you. I want everybody to remember that.
However, I still agree with the punishment because you were extremely disrespectful and chaotic in the sit. You should learn how to behave. If it were me taking that sit you would've not dared to make the same mistake, so keep in mind to keep respectful to anyone. I don't care if he's a trial mod or a CM, you stay respectful and you get treated well.

So by this I'm closing the report. Both parties have now been informed what to do better.
