Ban Reason: Fail RP/Fear RP RDM x2
Unban Reason: I followed the rules with the rp. Cops pulled guns on me for a expired ID. I had 4 people in my org and one ally with guns near me. I killed one cop with a knife and my friends opened fire on the other officer. It was not fear RP or RDM. Cops initiated, and we reacted.

Additional Information: There was no report on the forum. I was banned after I had already logged off to go to work.

There was no report on the forums because I'd taken an in-game report from one of the officers who provided video evidence of the situation. Both the logs and video showed enough information (including your Steam ID). As you said you had already left so I had no way of getting your side of the story.

Yeah, I see the one at the end of the clip shooting at the officer. You're in the middle of the lake, and your friend is so far away on the shore he's almost out of render distance and completely out of voice range, and doesn't start shooting from the shore until you're dead and have killed one officer and taken another down to almost dead with your knife.


You had 2 uniformed police officers at your drivers side with guns drawn and pointed at you. At that point you would have been under FearRP even if it was just one of them, but it was x2. It was the equivalent of having 4 people pointing guns at you and you just jumped out and knifed them all to death.

You wouldn't have been in the right even if there was only a single cop, and your friend was within voice range. You don't count as armed sitting in your car, so your singular armed friend still wouldn't have been enough.

I'm going to go to sleep, in the meantime I'll give you a chance to respond to this if you'd like. Keeping in mind that I don't like to ban people, and only had to because you had left and I needed to handle the report. You should use this time to review the rules and consider your response. If I don't see a response by tomorrow I will close the appeal.

I understand the situation. Thanks for taking the time to reply to this. I just have one question. Why are police allowed to have heavy primaries in hand and force someone out of the vehicle for speeding/expired ID handcuff them and search them? Something that you should be ticketed for shouldn't result in an search. I acted the way I did, because I had illegals on me and I knew the cops would have handcuffed and searched me as soon as I stepped out of the car. @Tristan

Well there aren't really strict guidelines in place for that. Police are expected to roleplay in a realistic manner. In real life driving with an expired license is a pretty serious infraction, and your vehicle would be impounded/towed on the spot as you're not licensed to drive it. (Tow truck is broken right now.) So asking you to leave your vehicle would not be an unreasonable request, your failure to follow the officers orders would warrant them taking their guns out as a precautionary measure.

I don't know exactly how the situation went down so that is the best I can respond to it, if you're unsure of a situation in-game you can always ask with !help or make a !report.
