Additional members involved/witnessing: Friskiemar^ was in an admin sit with us and told me to post to forums, he saw the whole fire crew and the kill logs. @friskiemar

I was with @Alex Veira in that bank raid, fact is, you shouldn’t of gone anywhere near the bank in the first place. If there is a fire but there’s a bank raid, just move on to another fire or wait at a safe distance. You had no reason to get that close to the bank knowing there were armed gunman. Seems like you didn’t value your life.

You can clearly see he doesn’t immediately fire on you, he waits and gives you guys a chance to leave. You didn’t, you just stood there being a distraction.

In fact half of us were killed from inside the truck as we were leaving we posed no threat to them all fires were already out. We have no way of harming them as we don't have weapons nor can we heal anyone trying to stop them. We valued our lives because we knew never to enter the bank and we also knew there should be no reason to fire apon us or even around us because no cops were even next to us. Our hoses do no harm.

This was dealt with ingame and I received warning points, no point of wasting the time to put it up to get it declined. Also your not allowed to use other discords while roleplaying as that would be meta.

When playing on the server, our Discord is the only allowed third-party program for communication - crews get their own channel only accessible to their members. It is prohibited to use the discord for IC communication, eg: sharing locations, agreeing on meetings, trades etc.

I attempted to make contact with you before you logged off but I never got the chance to, the person in question has been given a warning point for RDM. If the higher ups deem a more severe punishment fit, then that is up to them to decide. However, I dealt with the situation in game.
