Request Reason: He scammed and mugged me right next to bank teller claiming it was a bank raid but i have longer footage showing he was a cop 2.5 minutes ago and switched to began the scam.

mugging? I wanted to buy guns off of you you said "you seem sketchy" and pointed a mac 11 at me which is kos(1) I started lockpicked the door(initiating raid) while this dude was afk (appearantly counting his guns) the dude startted putting in the guns as we traded I didnt feel like doing it anymore and I wanted to start raiding the bank youd expect somebody with an mr96 in their face to put their hands up this dude went straight for his mac 11 and tried to shoot me I killed him in time won the fight and left because cops were gonna report shots fired. If you just put your hands up I wouldve continued the raid since you cant counter a raid anyways and you wouldnt go near cops with class 3s on you considering you just got out of combat which would require you to keep the guns on you for atleast 10 minutes which is enough for me to fill a 4 bag. I have the demo if anything else is needed

You can see and hear in the video of the incident that you "drop" water on the counter mumble "wtf" then repeat and drop it behind the counter murmuring "omg hold on" attempting to make some sort of "non-sus" reason to lock pick the door.
That alone supports your ill-intent with the "Bank Raid", because you took efforts to attempt a convert up for what you were doing (proof that you acted with a specific intent to commit the offense before trading with me to try and justify mugging me for my products). If Raiding the bank why feel the need to drop something and be so discreet as to make a secondary reason for lock-picking the bank door.

Don't understand why you started off by saying I called you "sketchy" you can never hear me call u sketchy. I never say it in-game. I may have called you a narc or square while u were a cop but nonetheless. Don't act as tho me equipping a gun in response to you equipping a gun during what was supposed to be a trade was what made you want to call off the trade. This has happened to you before as you stated & you were meditating on how you were about to abuse a loophole to mug guns from a player in a place where u cant normally mug and mug more than the allowed limit of guns.

I faced you while equipping, Yes. You Still had no KOS on me as you can see in the video I never pointed/raised or yelled commands unlike you with your Revolver. I'm trying to push a product my end goal would be money, not your life, and my intentions can be clearly articulated through the videos provided. As can yours.

In the sit I was trying to make it as quick as possible because I had to go I didnt try explaining most things I just made it quick I did however almost end the sit when sgt trooper came id like for the admins to pay attention to that part. I called it a loophole which seemed to give you this huge ego for some reason english isnt my first language but I found out what it meant now. what I meant with loophole is that it normally wouldnt be allowed but the way the situation played it went around the rules. Dont point a gun at your customers when somebody raids the bank dont pull your gun but put your hands up next time.

Basically what happened, the player (Gooby) went in there with the intentions to make a trade and purchase some weapons off of Kin Script. Instead, he lockpicked one of the doors in the bank and deemed it a bank raid without having the proper equipment to complete it. He then proceeds to try and make a trade with the player but instead, kills him and takes the weapons for free without completing the bank raid afterwards, and proceeds to flee the bank. He basically just went in there with the intention to get the weapons for free and leave. He quoted “that it is a loophole in the rules” Gooby had to leave so we made him take it to the forums.
