So, The video explains it all. He mugged my infront of 2 RTA npc's, His friend then came over 5 mins later and killed me. (I lost my Gun). I really hope logs can show that.
EDIT: he did not tell his friend to come over radio, so im guessing he Metagamed. (Not 100% confirmed)

- You may not mug or kidnap in (crowded) public places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular - you must do it in less populated and less exposed areas. This may not be in front of an NPC and/or governmental buildings such as the Police Department, Hospital, Fire Department and City Hall.
