Reason for Request: The video speaks for itself. The 3 guys I hold up ALL don't comply and PRETEND to be AFK ( I assume they all were calling the police, but this is even more FailRP because I took their phones). The officer at the end breaks FearRP, since I had I gun pointed at him saying "hands up" and he just pulled out his gun... Also he had no value for the 'hostage's' life by not putting his gun down. ( Please whitelist the server or this will happen all the time... ) *** Or add in consequences for dying (like all your items dropping). Without the actual fear of dying with consequences (ie losing items), there is no motivation for people to comply while at gunpoint (other than the rules that say you must RP, but you can clearly see from my video this is not enough...)

*EDIT: When I first posted this report, I did not know Jimmy Mcgill's steam name (since he logged off the server) and thus didn't @ him in the report. Somehow he knew he was reported and commented. This is because he is friends on steam with the Officer with the gun at the end of the video, who must have told him about the report. Now knowing that they are friends on steam I question whether or not it is a coincidence that @Throlex [3XN] was the cop that responded to the "911 call" about @ᴄʟᴏᴜᴅ 5 getting robbed. Most likely @ᴄʟᴏᴜᴅ 5 metagamed by messaging the cop on steam to come save him.

Yes, we received a 911 call from someone (can't quite remember who) to go to the valley. I then didn't realize he had a gun actually pointed to him. I didn't even hear him, the first thing I heard was officer help me from Jimmy McGill. Also, we had TWO officers there thus not making it only one but two for support, also officers were behind us investigating the guy mining at the bridge, I knew we had backup. I tried to make the situation realistic by attempting to settle some type of agreement or negotiation (why I didn't shoot) until you began to fire in which I had no other choice. The objective was to make an agreement in which you would leave with the money or something and we would take Mcgill. ALSO Harry CALLAHAN, the founder after the situation took the gun from Mcgill and deleted it with his tool gun. So, he didn't give it back, but he doesn't have it.

Yes, in fact. The officer was trying to respect my life by attempting to negotiate a trade. The man refused and asked for the officer to step back, a few seconds later the man fired at the police officer which resulted in the officer taking fire at the man. A few seconds later Harry froze me and requested me to drop the gun that I picked off of the man.

@Throlex [3XN] You broke fearRP. I had you at gunpoint, but you still drew your weapon. This is clearly shown in the video @8:01. Also it doesn't matter that there were 2 cops there. The other guy was a cadet, which means he doesn't have a gun, thus posing no threat to me...

Also you said, " the first thing I heard was officer help me from Jimmy McGill". This statement is objectively false. In the video Jimmy Mcgill was facing the opposite direction as you and never said a word...

To reply to that bottom part, yes we are GREAT friends. We've known each other for a very long time but I can assure you that there was no correlation here. I see how you would think that, but he didn't even call 911. It was some other guy in the mines. We weren't even speaking to each other on any platform, I introduced him to it. Nothing here, fully honesty.

01:35 - From what the video shows, he cancelled the trade and then possibly proceeded to go AFK or attempt to make it look like that, I will review this section with another staff member
03:45 - @PurpleOwl have you not been banned/kicked for using +attack...
05:45 - Seems like James went AFK purposely, however, I'm not going to jump to that as a conclusion. He was stalling, simple.
08:09 - Okay, we will investigate logs for him attempting to call someone IC'ly, however, extremely suspicious he comes back the second the police get there.

Then at the end, you die, all evidence has been looked at.

PurpleOwl, you will not be punished for what happened exactly but will be punished for using +attack for a longer period of time due to you being banned previously for it.

@Grady when I have reviewed this with another staff member, going over logs and having an in-depth review, we will come to a conclusion on whether or not to refund you on both guns you lost; the Revolver and the M1911

Sorry, I was unaware of needing to do /me for all RP commands. Is that in the rules? (because I didn't see it) If not it should be added so everyone knows.

Sorry dude for going afk but my the reason for that was my inventory system was broken, and in the video I was cooperate, but after he callend the trade I got stuck in the buggy trade menu I couldn't do anything in game the only thing what I could do was discontent. I Did't want to discontent for fail rp.
