So me and my brother share this monolith account and steam account he was growing pot and got raided and started picking up his stuff so it dont get taken then while he was being raided he timed out look at the logs, now he did admit he was picking up his stuff so it dont get stolen but thats it I just want at least my/his ban reduced please.

I brought you into a sit about your account picking up everything off of the ground during a raid, then refusing to drop it at gunpoint. Not long after your account disconnected during the sit without saying anything.
In my eyes, 3 days is just fine for this. whether your brother did it or you did it is unimportant. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, so if your brother is breaking rules, I'd recommend not letting him play on your account.
