Time of Occurrence: 19:40 04/01/2018
Relevant Evidence: Only 3 of the reasons are true : Racism, Combat Unequipped and kys in a sit.

Racism - I got angry because the police lieutenant was lying about what really happened and it just blurted out of my
triggered mind and i sincerely apologise about that.

Combat Unequipped - I honestly forgot the rule because i was too scared of losing my weapon. I take the blame for that and i am sorry.

Metagaming - This one is actually fucked. We were in a sit, the police officer knocks me out with a baton, i complain down my mic (IN A SIT) AND HE FUCKING CALLS THAT METAGAMING? ARE YOU DAFT? That means the cop attempted to rdm or something.

NITRP - This one is just bullshit, m8 if i had no intention to rp i wouldnt be fucking level 66 now would i?

Saying KYS in sit - This is the last one that actually happened out of 3. I said it after he told me how long i was being banned for to them all because they were cheering that this spastic of an admin believed their bullshit.

And finally FearRP - The one that started all this, we were in the interogation room and the cop put his weapon on saftey meaning he wasn't pointing it at me, i whipped out my pistol and destroyed that fagola.

With the attitude shown in this appeal you will be lucky not to get an extension but I doubt that.

I was there at the moment you got banned and i watched a large part of it.
You said the N-word directly in-front of @Liasetten and then the person you said the N-word to said that he was african american, then you said " Good " " Thats why i said it " " KYS " or something along the lines of that,

Alright, @PutItOnTheList,

To begin with:

Racism part:
I walked up from the jail cells where I heard you say the N-word to a officer. You then said that you did not mean to say this. Later in the sit the officer said that he was an African-American IRL, and that he felt targeted by you, where you answered with this sentence (as seen in the logs) "Thats why I said it to you".

Now as you perhaps know, we do not accept any type or racism, especially not in a staff sit.

Combat Unequipping part:
You equipped your gun at 10.13.59 AM, then shot and killed the officer right after doing so, then at 10.41.14 you unequipped your gun.
As you mention above, you say that you are an experienced player, but that you forgot that this rule existed?

Metagaming part:
To continue on what I was saying in my last statement; since you are a experienced player, how did you not know that PM's are counted as OOC, and are only meant for OOC usage? This is something which u deliberately used, to try to get yourself out of prison. (Check the screenshots)

No Intention To Role-Play part:
You, whilst I were talking to you started telling the officer to kill himself, claiming that he had his gun on safety, which is something I interprets as NITRP. This is also something that goes under player - disrespect,

FearRP part:
The officer claimed that he had his gun aimed at you, and that you pulled out your gun and shot him. He told me that he did not have it on safety and according to this Private Message which you sent to a friend I have reason to believe that he did not have it on safety, seeing as the message is rather sarcastic.

To conclude it all, I'd say that you got a pretty fair punishment, and seeing as you are starting to harass me, the chances of your ban to be appealed are pretty low.

Denied and extended for staff disrespect.
