Literally I'm not joking about this, but my friend's keyboard on his gaming laptop sometimes stops working while he plays gmod, so he was going to restart his computer. Though he was in an rp situation. I kept trying to tell the admin to bring me. He doesn't bring until the entire sit is over. I told him this and he was like "of course you're saying this." Basically calling me a "liar." He didn't listen to my side instead banned him. I doubt anyone will believe my side.

You shouldn't be you who is making the ban appeal. It should be the person who was banned making it. I know your friends or whatever but there are many ways you can access the website IE via phone, ipad, pc, etc. Please have your friend, the one who was banned, make the ban appeal and tag the admin and explain his side. You were not even involved in the adminsit. Also avoiding arrest is a valid RP thing to do unless he was handcuffed and wasn't following the arresting officer.
