“Carve your name on hearts, not tombstones. A legacy is etched into the minds of others and the stories they share about you.”

For anybody curious about what happened, the servers anti cheat software detected a third party software on my computer, I did not cheat. Maybe someday i’ll be back, but for now i’m not welcome. I’ll be on the mono-rust server if you’d like to play with me there.

@EdwigByrde @Jake the baller @Punzs @table @Adam James
I had a fun short time in 1% thank you for adopting me from the Nigerian refugees.

@Sad UwU
You were one of my first friends on mono, gunna miss our shenanigans. Teach people what i’ve taught you young padawan.

@Vexum
Gunna miss you bb

@Kn1ght
Gunna miss selling you asking me to sell you guns all the time haha, has some fun times with you.

@Tristan
You were one of my favorite staff memebers of all time, getting forum banned for a month trying to advertise you being an SA and you finally got there shortly before I was banned. I know the good things you do that are over seen by everyone else, keep it up.

@smokeydagger
You’re the most underrated moderator on the server by far. Had a bunch of fun running caffes with casinos in the back and just farming. Gunna miss you bud.

@redw1re @Dido King
Had fun watching youtube vids on the premium TV while making drugs all day.

@Tayven99
It was fun fighting with and against you, keep them epic frag movies coming.

@Thy
Impossible to do a bank raid with you on cop, no clipping in the vault with a super 90 .

@Brad @SKuLLzSKiLLz
You guys made the server interesting. With or against Seben always ended up in fun, from back stabbing everyone in the purge to gunfights against each other. Picking up brad running down the highway with a watering can in his hand with no goal but to run the open road was one of the funniest things i’ve ever seen on the server idk why but it was hilarious.

@wright
The events you did where very unique compared to events before your time as Admin/SA.

@Giselle @OoOoO
Was fun playing with you guys doing mayor/SS shenanigans, will miss those times.

If I didn’t mention you it’s because I couldn’t find your name on forums but you know who you are, thank you for making this sever fun, I’ve had fun times with almost all of you, goodbye my friends.

Constructive Criticism for management and staff:
You need to care more about the players and not numbers, i’m not disrespecting anyone in particular but it seems to me a lot of what is cared about is numbers, less than a player. When banning someone for any reason, at least bring them to a sit and explain to them what’s going on, and in appeals and applications, please be more respectful. I’ve run a server on Squad before and i’ve seen plenty of servers fail for the simple fact that it lacked these points. It’s just a tip in the hat, take it or leave it for what it is.

Thank you, there's a lot of work that goes into these events. Glad to see there's people who enjoy them.

While keeping the farewell/goodbye aspect of this post, I'd like to comment on this.

This is something we hear a lot at Monolith and it's a very common misconception. I'm not sure what you mean specifically by numbers, but I can assure you that everyone on the team cares about other players.

While we care, we also have to do our moderation duties. Moderation is unbiased and must be handled based on several factors including but not limited to, the severity of the situation, moderation history, and whether it was intentional.

A lot of players think that seniority (the amount of time played here) should factor in, but it's illogical and unfair to those who haven't been here that long. If anything, players who have been here for an extensive period of time should know the rules very well.

We always bring players to an administrative sit in-game if they are in violation of the rules, allow them to give their side of the story, and then tell them what/if they did anything wrong. This has always been the case. The only time a player would not be brought to a sit is if it didn't happen in-game, they disconnected to avoid the punishment, or if the situation is severe enough that it must be handled on the spot.

As for being respectful in applications, as a member of the recruitment team and as a Senior Administrator, I can assure you we show respect when responding to applications externally and internally. We always want to show courtesy to future staff members and never discourage anyone from the opportunity.

You may be witnessing us being stern and overt, but the intention is not to be rude. The same applies to ban appeals, especially if the player in question is a repetitive offender, it can become quiet tiresome to deal with the same situation and person that frequently. It's at that point where we begin being more strict.

I appreciate your feedback and I will relay this to the respective teams. If you feel this way then there's most likely another person who feels the same. I hope this is something we can improve on in the future if necessary.

I hope you have a great day and summer, farewell and thanks for playing.

I'll come visit you on the monorust server some time and I'll miss seeing you on the server. However I really don't like this outcome either; whether you're telling the truth and the great unfortunateness of that, or if you've been untruthful to us. Either way it's sad. :(

From what i’ve personally been told and seen by some higher ups is just not okay, I do hope this improves, i’m not targeting annoying specifically here but there’s been a fair share of unfairness etc etc, but it was nice playing with you wright.

This is hard, We were huge enemies when u were narc, and we became everyday buddies raiding/basing. You then joined 1% but you were never changed and were always a good person, this sucks to see you go this way.

I'm going to miss those awesome deals and the shenanigans we would find ourselves in from time to time. I wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors.
