My gun i stuck

What Happend: my gun is stuck in a bag
What I Need Refunded: MP5 with an Ecohtech55 and a 30rnd MP5 mag

Remove this if needed, but I found a way to pick up these “glitched” guns. Put your mouse where the green bar is until your regular mouse becomes the pointy finger. You can then drag it. It took me awhile to figure it out, but it works.

I just thought this would help you so you would not have to make any more refund requests, please feel free to delete this if needed.

@Atrax If possible could you show some more information about what happened such as something showing a before and after that the gun was in fact yours and was lost to a glitch, or if you made a ingame report tag the staff member who assisted you and let them reply on this request.

This happened to me but in the bank, Like bennison said you have to place your cursor in the bottom right of the Icon, Then drag it into your inventory, Shawntae Told me this.

I decided to post here as I get this alot, And so do others, It is a glitch and can only be fixed when it is known.

@Bryan1504 I cant, the bag is long gone but what i can show you is that a mod named Steven said to fill out a report i cant give you any more info cause i do not have any more information hopefully you can help me. If you want i can take pictures of my bank and inventory.

This is accurate. This happened with other people aswell and appears to be a bug in the server. I encouraged him to take a screenshot and create a refund request as it is a known bug.
