I told him to make a refund request, yes. He couldn't pick them up and neither could I so I told him to make a refund request.

Have you even tried to look at your binds? I had the same situation with some guy and he had to redo his binds and then he could pick up the stuff.

ya I looked they were normal and I still couldn't pick them up

Try going into console and typing "Unbind all"
Go to your menu>options>controls>set default
