So I've come here because I feel like my ban was unjust and a bit harsh.
So here's the situation:
Me and some friends were basing at 5:00 Somewhere to do LSD/Cocaine. And we do so. After some time one of us (@Durag Singh The III ) had to log off for some reason, meaning I was trapped inside the base with no way out. I was the only one inside being stuck. So my friends return to the base telling me that there were around 7-8 Cops outside the base. So I pick my stuff up and try to leave the base. The only thing that stopped me from that was because something was in my minifridge and I couldn't pick it up. So then I told Sandra (One of our friends) to rent the warehouse so I can finish the last flask and leave the base. But then suddenly, I get kicked because I needed to change my steam name because it was gm1003. NOW WAIT!

I had asked yesterday if it was alright to change my name in !help to gm1003, then @gm1003 PERSONALLY pm'ed me ingame that I have confirmation to do that. So I don't know what the hell you guys are doing but okay.

Now back to the situation, in the middle of nothing I got kicked. Neither confronted, nothing, literally nothing. So then I remembered I had my mini fridge down. I was super mad. I logged back on with another steam name and do "!help Why was I kicked for my steam name, I had confirmation??????????????????" or something like that. Some staff guy only said "Stop", nothing else. So I get back on the frequency. They told me that they were in a sit with @Gammer3 because the police had falsely raided it. I told them to bring me, even myself pm'ing gammer to TP me. After what my friends said that Gammer was calling me "a bitch" I literally had enough of it. I was driving to the PD to be a detective and talk to him myself. So after driving to the draw bridge I made a left turn which ended up in a drift, pushing my horn to make a warning not to cross the road. I have passed the PD and drove back to the driveway. The driveway.
So then I wanted to drive in but some random dumbass cop ran infront of my car which ended up they were trying to get me out of the car. I drove away in hope of getting over the drawbridge and hiding. After reversing, a guy was ramming me, forcing to change my way to monoford city to the trinity bridge. Unfortunately they had already blown up my car. I literally had enough of it and just left. I know I made a mistake and tried to log back in to get brought into a sit but got banned. I didn't mean to, I was just not having it today. I know I made a mistake by logging out, but I still tried logging back in to clear up the situation. But it was too late and yeah.

I know I am kind of a minge with a huge negative record on me, but I am still a guy who's trying his best not to break rules. I am trying to avoid staff situations for my own best. and here by I apologize to @MUDJUG for my behaviour, it wasn't my best side to show.

Im not sure why you included me into this appeal but I have a issue with the following :

Not once in that sit did I ever state what you are accusing me of about you or anyone involved in the situation, nor do I call anyone that in a sit, in rp, off duty or on duty in general. Not sure what your "friends" told you, but I simply stated to them to tell you to stop !pming me to tp to the sit as im not required to bring everyone to a sit, and that if i needed you I would bring you.

And on top of that the sit was in the end Not enough evidence available to conclude that the raid was false, However that is irrelevant. I was not disrespectful to you or your friends i had in the sit. !pming me is not the answer to get to a situation, if you where involved in a rule break you should have made a report like the rest of your friends who made individual reports that I took at the same time.

as far as your ban appeal regarding @MUDJUG, obviously that is his final say whether or not you deserve to be unbanned, But making accusations that I said anything along the lines of something disrespectful is nothing but childish. I am just making this reply as you decided to tag me

Hello Gammer,
I am sorry for the inconvinience. I was only going out from what my people told me on the radio. I did not mean to accusate of something you didn't do. As I said, I am going out from what my friends said on the radio. I'll have a takl with them about this because that's just completely fucked up.

I will admit I did not know you had confirmation. Even then, I still would have made you change your name as it is against our community rules.

I'll make you a deal. Im willing to remove that ban under TWO conditions.
1. When a thousand cops surround your car with guns drawn, please exit the car and dont disconnect. (The main reason for the ban)
2. Dig in a little before making staff accusations. Gammers a good dude and at no point last night did I hear him talk down on any players. Whoever told you he was was only trying to stir drama.
