Name change?

is there a way to change my in game name or do i have to stick with what i got?

Identity Registrant at City Hall. Should be at the desk in the front.

You can also change how you look while changing your name. Very useful if you just bought premium and want to switch it up for your character or if you just want to switch it up as a guest. It will be in the building on the map with the golden person with his arms up.
