For the first video i tried to create an RP situation where i don't speak English since we were running away and saying that we are from nigeria in the police chase i know i shouldn't have done that but i just wanted to RP the thing with us being from nigeria.
In the 2nd video i tried to explain to you that it's better if you use /it instead of /roll. In the 2nd video you told me to drop my weapon while i had a gun license and never used the weapon. The 2nd video was sorted out in-game and i had to drop that weapon.

Pardon me but allow me to say in detail what happened in text, Basically Natan was in a stolen Red Police car *Admins* and was the main suspect in a High Speed Pursuit, his fellow friend Tay Okar (Name might me incorrect) was sitting passenger, it took about 5 min after I joined the Police Pursuit to slow the vehicle to a halt. Once I was told by a guy "They're spiked" I rushed in and might I add a little to fast and popped on of my tires, I jumped out my car and look at the dead body and asked for EMS assistance. I then noticed Natan was still inside the burning vehicle which was destroyed. I pulled my Scar and pointed it at the Passenger Window aiming towards him saying "Get out of the vehicle". He refused and only said "No ablas English" I eventually moved around the front end of the car and said "get out of the vehicle!, hands up!" he then put his hands up after awhile and was put into handcuffs, I attempted to get him into my car but his friends were attempting to put them into his car whilst in a hot situation. I got him into my car and begun bringing him to the P.D all the while he was screaming something about "African 69" which now I think about it goes against the server rules *Audio can be played if needed*, the rule states "You are not allowed to talk about anything sexual in any realm on the game. It is strictly forbidden." therefore he simply broke that. Once at the P.D I pulled into the garage and placed him into the Holding Cell at which point I called for backup *just in case*. I then searched him making sure he 100% had his firearm on him, I asked him for I.D and he failed to provide me with a legitimate source of I.D for me to search, I then did "/me Searches for I.D" then "/roll 100" I asked in /looc "do /roll 100" he then did /it "doesn't find I.D" "since Natan Doesn't have one on him" I attempted to give him a fair RP roll to determine the situation and he powergamed, once again powergame was handled in game. I then said exactly this "Sir, if you DO NOT provide some form of Identification I will have to take that firearm off you" and he responded in /looc "Doesn't seem like u know how to rp" whilst I said "I'm gonna give you one last chance". My backup had just walked into the door and that's where you saw the guns go out

Not Speaking English is a bit of a stretch but it's still a rule. The Mic Spamming is hard to pick up on my side since I had to lower the volume so much since they were screaming into their microphones. but @kylethegamer187 @Dirty Harry were there. Natan has been apart of this server for far to long and should know better than to behave like this.

In what way is this sort of "R.P" contributing towards the server? Screaming "Nigeria 69" while touching my Police Radio with your hands firmly placed behind your back. Minging around is not a form of R.P and is not excusable, it's understandable people have moments of fun or minge but this is overboard.

I had already turned my audio down before dealing with him because I knew he was going to be a hassle, so what you're hearing is 25% / 100% normal audio.

Also, screaming Nigeria 69 implies the direct meaning. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.

This player report has been accepted due to the following reasons:

• The player did indeed fail to value his life and broke fearRP when he was still inside the car, being aimed at;
• The mic spamming part could only be seen in the last video you sent due to the low volume. The mic spam includes screaming "Nigeria 69";
  
• He was stalling RP while you were trying to get him to drop his weapon when he was detained at the PD;
• He was minging according to the evidence provided;

Finally, the evidence provided fully support your report and that is why the player will be banned for 1 week from the server, starting today.
