What happened: These 2 guys wanted to deathroll me for 1m and 300k and had no intentions of paying when I won. The one guy won 50k and I paid fair and square. One guy had an M4 he said was worth 700k I told him to sell it to pay the debt but he refused.

What do you need refunded? I either want my money I won fair and square or give me their cars and items in bank to settle the debt as much as possible.

First of all I paid you 50k you aint pay shit. Nothing was lost so I dont know what you are refunding. We got proper punishments for "scamming" not knowing that it wasnt allowed.

Your refund request will be denied due to the following reason(s):
- Refund Request Rule 8.: Do not ask for something you "could have had".
(As the $1.3 Million was not something you had in your possession at the time, you are not entitled for it to be refunded, regardless if the rule break within the refund request involves scamming, for which the players involved have already received their punishment).

Just a "for your information", there is no weapon in the server worth $700,000... Blueprints may be worth an exceptional amount of money but no individual weapon itself is worth that amount.
