Ban Reason: FearRP, constant lying in sit
Time of Occurrence: 6:39 PM EST
Evidence: I was banned for "constant lying in sit". The situation was that I was inside my police car, and had a perosn in cuffs. A guy is on my windshield and says "unhandcuff him, get out of the car". I drive off as I've been told previously that police cars, in real life, would be bulletproof. This would be fearrp if it would be a regular car, but police cars are generally bullet proof. I get called into a sit and I'm told I broke fearrp. I am told that he had the gun to my head, and told me to unhandcuff the guy before I got into the car, which isn't what I recall. I recall him saying that while I was in the car. I tell the admin thats not what happened, and he claims I'm lying because @Tyler witnessed this. I said over and over thats not the case, and he keeps claiming that I'm lying. I ask him for proof and he says that Tyler witnessed the situation (He was the one I was arresting). With no proof. No video, no photos, nothing. Just word. I'm eventually banned for "constant lying" which isn't even correct. If I lied about something, it was only about me being outside of the police car and being told to unhandcuff Tyler. Everything else I acknowledged and said was true except for me being outside of the car. So even if I was outside of the car, this ban reason is not factually correct.

I asked Tyler about the situation as he was the one arrested, and he explained to me what happened. Pardon? When did I ever said I "never saw the gunner". I never said that. I said I may not have seen him with his weapon while I was outside of the vehicle forcing Tyler in. I saw the gunner, but not with a weapon. I saw him with the weapon while I was inside the car.

Even then, there is still no proof. Why are you handling reports based off of word? I said it ingame, in real life if someone is on trial, they don't call a witness and take everything they say for word and just prosecute the guy.

Well thats not what I said. Read my previous post about what I said. I'm not sure how you twisted and tangled my words to fit that narrative.

I'm going to speak to you on your own level. I like aviation too, so lets use that as an example. Let's say the pilot who is 8 nautical miles in front of you. They report turbulence and tailwinds of about 35 knots in front of you. You don't just go "Ok got it" and slow your airspeed. You'd check your weather radar above your FMC (Second from the left in 737) and see that there is no tailwind. Thank god you didn't take that pilot's word to heart or else you would of been going too slow. The concepts in the air apply to the ground and personal situations too. Why are you taking the reporter's word and a witnesses word as word and not looking for solid evidence? If you never looked at that weather radar, your plane would have entered a stall.

Since the situation was witnessed by another admin (Tyler), the evidence is sufficient and this wouldn't have ended any differently if the sit was dealt with by him unless you didn't contradict what you did. I was simply asked to take the report instead of Tyler as he was in RP.
