Relevant Evidence:
I was in a police chase with a Corvette. A lot of vehicles chasing it. Eventually, it got into the corner by whtiehouse and was engaging with us. In response, I tried getting an angle to keep updates on the car by moving to my position (at around 4:12) and remaining there. When I was still getting shot from my position, my vehicle was already well damaged and concluded they would just continue to shoot until my car was destroyed and decided to head back to PD. While returning, I was blacklised for "Reckless Driving" while in a police chase and keep a tactical position to keep reports and position of the suspects.

I skimmed the video so might have missed it, but what about when you went to the corner of the map where those people were farming and killed 3 people with your car? It looked pretty intentional to me.

I was watching you during the chase, specially during this last part when the police department managed to trap the suspects. And I noticed, as the video shows, that you kept reckless driving when you did not have a reason to do so. I understand you were being shot at and that you needed to leave the area in order to avoid the shooting. You did that but moments later you crashed your car against map trees multiple times, which is also shown in the video.

Furthermore, before this occurence you were reported by two different players for VDM. I verbally warned you to be careful while driving and yet you kept doing which is confirmed by the video you posted.

My decision in blacklisting you was based not only in this occurence but also in the other two occurences I mentioned earlier aswell.

Therefore, I will not remove the blacklist.

I was in a poilce chase and my life was endangered. I am trying to act quickly. What do you mean I was driving recklessly. Many of the other police cars crashed into poles or trees. Why not demote them? I was trying to avoid trees and stuff. Even in that instance, no player was hurt. I don't see what the problem was as I was being tatical and not intentionally crashing into trees.

The other warning you gave me I acknowledged and tried my best. I didn't VDM anyone nor was that my intent after the warning. My intent was to try to trap them and shoot at them. The two previous occurrences as I said, I acknowledged and would just not drive towards anyone even if they were engaging at me just to avoid situations like this in the future. I am still confused as too what led you to my blacklisting from the police chase.

P.S. I don't know if this was your intention but when you say 2 people reported me for VDM, they were not separate cases. They were both related to the farming incident just for clarification (Which again, was handled)
