No Mask = Exploiting ?

Ok So Weeks Before I was banned there was a mass thing about Not Wearing a mask while doing coke is exploiting. But Upon Return people have told me it's not exploiting and it is im getting mixed messages anyone have a confirmed answer ?

I thought the same thing but after talking with some Mods/admins they told me that it's not exploiting. Even Mak said to me that he talked to other admins and what not and said so
