True, I did get a little OOC, but I came back around to RP and just said what do you want. The part where I went you won't have it for long could be taken into IC too, as a terms for revenge.

Hello,

After further review, i will issue only issue @Tonny Alcapone a Verbal for no initiation for the mugging, when acting a situation like this you should always tell the player being mugged to put their hands up, by doing this you give the player a chance to either defend themselves or just react in general. Furthermore I don't see a reason for this situation to be voided. As it was a little mistake done on the reporting party's end.
