Reason for Report: This person is not fit for staff in my personal opinion. He banned 2 members in my org (1 being brand new) for "fear rp and refusing to respond in a sit". When mics were not working so they could hear anyone so couldnt know if a cop was trying to stop them. As well as him asking them if they can hear him in LOOC and them both trying to respond with mics not knowing they were not working. Also a few more things as well, my little brother (IRL) was messaging him on discord about the situation. Yes he is not suppose to be doing this and it could be annoying. He is fucking special and the response from this admin made him really upset. I also made a report about someone in game and i had video evidence, so while i was waiting for it to process i told aaron that i would be reporting him to the higher ups, when he got extremely aggressive and angry with me and closed my ticket and left. This is 100% not staff material, you are here to help the players not get them wanting to leave the server and upset. Absolutely absurd, i want this man off of staff immediatley.

In regards to your brother, he should not have continuously pushed me to answer him and speak to him over Discord regarding two bans that likely would have been unbanned had he left it alone and allowed his friends to create appeals. Your brother was given a firm warning to stop harassing me over Discord before I blocked him. Your screen shot does not include the multiple messages beforehand where he was also insisting I discuss the bans with him. This is not acceptable player conduct.

In regards to my closing your report, you created a ticket regarding an issue that was not related to my interactions with your brother or your friends. Upon arriving, you immediately began to berate me regarding that situation, claiming I was unfit for staff and that you were reporting me. I insisted that you discuss the report with me only and stated your conduct during the sit was inappropriate as I was only there to handle your sit. You refused to comply, and I closed your ticket.

I can say that the way I phrased my warning to your brother may be interpreted as a threat beyond what was intended, however it was only to insist that constantly bothering me over discord regarding a ban is completely inappropriate.

Read. I said what my brother did is not acceptable, HES FUCKING SPECIAL. Why do you think that the way you respond is good staff material and professional, because it is not. The way you handled my situation about the report was absurd (all i said was i would be reporting his actions, never that he was unfit at that point in time), getting aggressive and heated when i was calm is ridiculous. Keep in mind i was only talking about me reporting him because the video was processing. Banning 2 people for a fucked reason that was the servers fault for the mics, not theres. Not good staff material, Point blank period.

First of all it doesn't matter if someone is "special" or not. Everybody has to follow the server rules equally and will be punished for breaking them the same way.

You are clearly mad about the ban but I don't see the problem here. Aaron asked in LOOC but nobody responded. 02:10 he asked if you guys can hear him and at 02:11 he started typing that both players will be banned. No response was given during that time. If you think the ban is unfair go ahead and appeal it in a non-insulting or disrespectful way. It will then be looked at.

The behaviour of your brother to contact Aaron regarding this in Discord is not acceptable either. Especially annoying staff members regarding ingame situations or actions is not tolerated.

You are making claims that Aaron handled your report in a unprofessional way - yet I do not see any evidence to back up your claims regarding that. You are not the one that decides whether a player is good staff material or not, that is up to decide for the server director(s) and community management. You are currently shit-talking Aaron.

Aaron can be impulsive - we know - and he has to cooldown. Again, Aaron, do not take such situations personally. You are a staff member and staff members are always the hated ones on the server. This is something that will never change.

After reviewing this I do not see enough evidence against Aaron.

@Stuvi - For the record, both of the bans have been lifted as a courtesy to the players due to the mic bug on the server at the time.

First off the the players who were banned were trying to talk in voice chat, not knowing it wasnt working.

I specifically said what my brother did was wrong, but hes special and the way this staff member handled the situation was awful.

He did handle my report unprofessionally, he told whiteblood what he did in the situation. I was processing a video so i wasnt recording.

I never said its my job to tell you what and who is staff material. I have my own opinion and stated that in the original staff report post. IT IS MY OWN OPINION

Personally i feel like you didn't even read the original post from this response.

Staff are not the most hated, thats utter bullshit. They keep the server clean and make it an enjoyable experience. Its when they handle a situation terribly or ban a minge is when they are hated.
