Dixie - Tazer abusing, and corruption of an LEO. As you can see them randomly taze a civi on the sidewalk, run away, then leave there job to avoid anything. Later on after being broken out by a corrupt cop, they eventually get captured to be put back into Prison, but they LTAA'ed and possibly exploited the Lag/Crash Out prevention from LTAA.

Egg - No affiliation to the current situation, as Dixie is of another org, and quite literally just got off Cop. Thus grouping up would generally be impossible in most respects. Just wanted to shoot just because they're probably friends out of the given scenario.

First Incident:
Corruption and Misuse of a Tazer on a Member of the Public. Eventually attempting to leave PD. Egg then intervened by assisting someone out of affiliation.

you could see in the video neko paused for a second to get on freq, i saw someone who was on the same freq in trouble and took care of the situation.

I'm not quite sure how this is plausible when the person in question was taunting me, arrested, and stripped of comms all before a communication could be made.

You'd have to be screen sharing just to know that they're on the same channel.

never took my comms also why are you trying to imply so hard they we are metagaming? like hello we could have been on that radio before, I dont know if you have also heard of people who use the same freqs (crazy concept)

After reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusion.

Player @Neko. misused his taser that resulted in this entire situation to happen and will receive a verbal warning

Player @Egg interfered with the affairs of a non-affiliated member. Neko did not key in his radio/changed his frequency in the time span of 10 seconds as to which he quit his job and got cuffed so there would have been no way for you to know if he actually was on your frequency. Player @Egg will receive 1 WP.
