In regards to the Player Report,

After review of the video evidence in-line with the server rules, I have come to a decision: as the user hasn't responded to my message I've decided to continue my review without their statement. As shown in the video the officer demanded that the suspect (Credence) to put their hands up, they failed to comply and was chased, they managed to get into their vehicle and attempt to drive off but the law enforcement officer (nub) opened fire. In my opinion, this is an unnesarry use of force and therefore violates the following rules:

• 5.2.1.1 - Law Enforcement may only use deadly force when the situation requires the protection of themselves or others. For example, if a person is threatening your life, you may use your weapon in self-defense.
• 5.2.1.2 - Law Enforcement can not use lethal force when in pursuit of a fleeing suspect unless your own or civilian lives are in imminent danger or all other attempts to stop the suspect had failed. You must be able to justify your actions if asked by a member of staff.

As the user has previous extensive rule violations in this category they will automatically be receiving a three day faction blacklist from police.
