Request Reason: User decided to counter raid after a gas station raid, and it was guessed that the affiliations founded were potentially with the initial raiders. Even then, we were not truly done with the raid, as we were still investigating the area and cleaning up. Still the user basically counter raided the Gas Station.
Even while counter raiding, they even started shooting up medics and whatnot, basically breaking raid rules on non-hostile.
