Request Reason: abusing whatever powers he has he tased me and handcuffed me while cloaked after i walked into the PD past the lobby and never uncloaked even when I told him to multiple times this was literally my first interaction with someone on this server so pretty terrible

Unfortunately, no video evidence has been presented. I cannot issue any punishments without knowing context. As for the cloaking, that is really odd, they shouldn't be able to cloak, unless this is a client side issue regarding the content you are required to have?
