Blacklist Reason: I made a report for a RDM and I waited about 5-10min and still no response so I made more and still no response and then he started warning me because I was typing his name in the OOC chat and he said stop or I will warn you and I made a report saying if you don't help me I will report you and then you warned me like 2 more times and still didn't tp to me or tp me to him/her then I saw that I got a little notification on the side of my screen saying if you get 1 more warn you will be kicked so then I stopped and if you have time to report someone 3 times in a row then you have time to make a sit.

You made 6 reports within less than 2 minutes of your original report ( don't lie in your appeal. You did not wait 5-10 minutes if you want start a conversation with me and I can send time stamps ). You were already warned for Meta gaming in OOC and multiple notes about it already from the past. So I told to stop or I would blacklist you from OOC. Then you continued to spam the report system with reports about the same thing so I gave you a WP for misuse of the report system. After that WP you did stop spamming reports, however you continued complaining/meta gaming in OOC about your report. Since you have a history of Meta Gaming in OOC I gave you the blacklist which would be your second OOC blacklist meaning if you meta game again it will be ban. I suggest you start learning and following the rules or the punishments become more serve. In no way do I believe you should be unblacklisted. Blacklist Appeal Denied
