Explanation:This guy was farming behind a building so me and my friend come up and start talking to him so he pulls out a gun then he shots the gun at me and so i pull out my gun and kill him and then an admin came visible and ask why i killed and i explain then i go home and then get banned for RDM, but he shot first so i don't know why i was banned??

I was not the Moderator dealing with the situation, swift did not have access to the logs, therefore called me. I took his ID and banned him because we couldn't find him on the server to speak with. @Swift
