I wasn't disrespectful to anyone, I casually used "n*gga" in conversation with another SS I'm friendly with in a nonoffensive usage. I won't use it again since apparently it's deemed racist by the server, we can't even though it's on the in-game radio. Wikipedia says "{WORD CENSORED} (/ˈnɪɡə/) is a colloquial term used in African-American Vernacular English ", frankly it isn't a racial slur. If monolith defines it as one, they have to specify that. I read the current rule on it and frankly, it should elaborate more.

As far as failrp, I went to the PD as SS because police had assassinated the mayor and caused a shootout. I went to talk to the chief, things escalated and everyone had guns out so I called for other SS to come help. I didn't intend to cause a shootout and I didn't, when police told me to put my gun down I did. I could've called an admin on the cops for killing him, but I don't like to call staffs assistance unless necessary so I tried to RP it out.

I apologize for using that word. I use it in real life as I have black friends that just casually talk like that. Obviously there was no racist or hateful intent so I don't think it's worth a ban, and I don't see how what I did was failrp. My actions were completely caused by me trying to RP in response to blatant RDM to avoid people getting in trouble and I ended up getting in trouble. :/

I'm not arguing whether or not it's allowed.. I'm explaining why I didn't know it was and am asking for a little understanding damn.. I didn't know it was a problem, I already learned my lesson and no one was even bothered by it, you realize staffs job isn't just to punish people any chance they get? If someone genuinely didn't know something was wrong and it didn't harm anyone else in any way why is a punishment necessary?

Regardless if there was supposed RDM earlier this does not give you the right to break rules and go into their department and verbally abuse everyone who was asking you to leave. In fact, you are also lucky they didn't shoot you cause you had AR out the entire time threatening them with and screaming from the other side of the glass. You called for backup of your SS to "help" in a potential shootout with the cops in the PD... You were the catalyst in that situation who would've caused the shootout as you were threatening them with your gun the entire time until I interfered moments before it would have been a bloodbath as cops were stacking up on the inside ready for anything. You choose to act that way and you got punished for your actions.

I gave you a plenty good understanding that sit to where I let you explain everything more than once and I even repeated the same statements of what you have done wrong more than once.

You don't ever seem to learn from your extensive rule breaking history visible to all staff.

In light of all this, I hope that this is the last time.

In my opinion, however, I think you best sit out this ban and come back fresh and not act so toxic the way I saw you act back then.

Verbally abusing? Obviously, in-character I was going to be aggravated, out of character I wasn't at all. I'm secret service and the police just murdered the man I'm hired to protect, so in character yes, of course, I'd be angry. You're calling it toxic and all yet it was just RP, when you stepped in I'd already lowered my gun when the police told me to. Literally no one shot, and no one was going to shoot. The way I saw RP going is my character would be understandably irate, he'd get arrested and then talk to the chief in an interrogation room, it'd be worked out and he'd be let go.

The way I see it, you needlessly interrupted RP. This may not be a normal rp situation, but cops just gunned down the mayor so I was doing the best with what I had to work it out IC.

You took your anger out on them in OOC as they had tased you while trying to ask you to leave the PD, while being escorted (dragged) out you were screaming profanities at them while insulting them on a personal level based on their choice to get you at out of PD for interfering in their investigation/ situation with an escaped prisoner. You were threatening them with your firearm as a secret service agent and failed to RP that scene in a professional manner that you should in such situation as a government official. I firmly stand by my decision and will, therefore, deny this appeal.
