Request Reason: Initially I wasn't even concerned with the EMS, as they were doing things that warranted some attention, but not enough to go for them. Yet the biggest point of contact was when they stole a known Fugitive, instead of kicking out and taking them back. EMS decided to commit a crime by taking a suspect and fleeing until they eventually evaded arrest by jumping off a second story to their death.

Time of Death - About 3-5 minutes around the chase started.

Ya got me, maybe there was a lot of other stuff ongoing, or maybe they got off. I waited a hot minute, but I just ended my own day and submitted everything in the forums instead. Not sure if it was at a fault, or just staff vs ticket count was too high against them.

As I said when this happened after I respawned, I said that I would turn myself in for what I did - you didn't want to hear it. I offered a resolution to the situation, yet you didn't want to have staff online deal with or handle it within the confines of RP.

However the video does speak for itself, I am sorry for my actions and for it ruining your entire day and role playing experience.
