Ban Reason: I was quote on quote smoking a bong during a bank robbery. I never even "smoked" it.. I had it in my hand for about 30 seconds... and it never stopped the rp or anything. that's crazy to me that he banned me without seeing the evidence. I just saw somebody get banned for a day for failrp as a fighter and no intent to rp. I was banned for a day for pulling out a bong during a bank robber for 30 seconds.. didn't even smoke it.
Time of Occurrence: today at 3:30 am
Relevant Evidence: someone claimed they had a video of it saying I was friends with the bank robbers and smoking with them. he never showed the video and I was banned after he said that.
Additional members involved/witnessing: Mark Green and the vice lord gang.

The fact that you even had a bong out in the first place was rather inappropriate for the situation, don't you think? You more or less just didn't take the situation seriously - something that I have seen from you in the past. We aren't a "serious" rp server but you really haven't done much to RP, at least from what I've seen. I'm going to leave the ban as is.

Its pathetic that you cannot accept that you made a decision that resulted in punishment.
The reason you were banned was not because you were smoking a bong or not, its because you failed to roleplay the situation you put yourself in, therefor in a way effecting the RP experience for everyone else in that situation.
At the moment the punishments given by the moderators and admins are abominably small, however for the lack of severity in this case i'd say 24 hours is more than fair.

I understand we are in the same organisation and I hope my opinion does not affect our in game experience and relationship.

Rule-Breaking is an extreme issue as of late on monolith, and there needs to be a massive crackdown on even the smallest cases.
