Mine personally is Hunt: Showdown. Love the PvPvE aspect of it.
Others include Crusader Kings 3 (just started getting deep into it) and Mount & Blade 2:Bannerlord (modded heavily of course).

Here's my top played on Steam. Only other game I can think of not included here would be Ghost Recon Breakpoint, since that's on Ubisoft's launcher. Everything else is on Steam. You can definitely see which ones I play the most lmao
