- You may not kill a Law Enforcement Officer unless you have a valid roleplay reason to do so. These could include, but is not limited to, visibly carrying illegal weapons or visibly performing an illegal activity. These reasons depend on the context. If police are attempting to initiate an arrest on you while you are carrying hidden illegal items in your inventory, that is a valid reason to kill them.
Sorry for this late PR, but no staff were on at the time (on duty) and I had to consult @Arroyo today to figure out who had killed me, I have posted a 5-10 minute video of my passive RP leading up to this death. I was talking to civilians after dealing with an active kidnapping, to which I succeeded in getting the hostage out of a moving vehicle while talking to the hostage taker on my phone. We negotiated our deal, did the trade, then as I was finished with the situation. I was talking to some people and the former hostage about taking care of the man who kidnapped him. I was talking to them, while down the road well out of any harmful reach. I was shot while standing still, doing absolutely nothing but talking to 2 civilians. I would like a thorough explanation as to why @Lucky ✯ thought it was necessary to kill me when I was not actively engaging upon him nor even looking their direction for a long period of time.
- You may not kill or knock out players without a valid In-Character reason.
