Patch Update 2.7.1

Today we come to you with the much-anticipated release of update 2.7.1. This update works towards improving many of the changes that were implemented with 2.7, along with some new improvements to the gamemode. New Features:
- Added New Convention Center spawn point
- Added Wanted Fugitives Callouts
- Added Red Sushi Slots
- Added craftable Molotov's (Hightech)
- Added Mystery Wheel (1 free spin per day)
- Added new blackjack table
- Added new roulette table
- Added hardware and gun stores to layer 2
Gameplay Changes:
- Added chance to get scrap from repairing cars as a mechanic
- Enabled monocoin cars again
- Lowered test drive cool down to 1 minute
- Increased maximum responders per garbage man mission
- Added methylamine to dark web biohazard crate
- Increased high tech parts amount from power plant raid
- Removed the 1-minute cool down for dumpster diving
- Disallowed emotes if the player has a gun out
- Persist radio channel through reconnect
- Added medkits to gang zones shop
Economic Changes:
- Buffed Meth Profits
- Buffed Cocaine Profits
- Buffed Paychecks for all jobs
- Doubled the profits of raw and cooked exotic fish
- Lowered default general tax to 15%
- Reduced Shelby Omni price
Bug Fixes and Adjustments:
- Fixed head glitching
- Auto and burst fire to AR15
- Made DOC respawn at L2 prison
- Added car colors to PD computer DB
- Limit the cable for bitcoin PC & water sprinkler
- Added EN description for food cod item
- Fixed elevators
- Fixed prison CCTV not working
- Fixed not able to send money through the banking app
- Re-added prestige money rewards
- Lowered cop requirements for all dark web contracts
- Added ability for PCSO to remove gun license
- Removed cadets from counting towards bank raid minimum
- Disallowed low-level players from spawning in L2
QOL Improvements:
- Play hunger sound at 10% instead of 35%
- Gave Tow Manager manager tablet
- Updated Police Supervisor title
