- Increased darkweb entry contract cooldown to 1 hour,
- Increased darkweb intermediate contract cooldown to 3 hours,
- Grant access to GOV radio requencies to captain role,
- Set correct police loadout for captain,
- Add ticket multiplier for captain role,
- Grant access to police props to captain role,
- Allow captain to appeal tickets,
- Allow captain to issue warrants,
- Send notification to captains when player appeals tickets,
- Grant captain access to vehicles, clamps, etc...,
- Add lawbook to police cadet,
- Fixed vehicle repair if mechanics leave / change jobs,
- Prisoners are now sent to the prison instead of MPD holding cells,
- Fixed passenger vehicle exiting,
- Added trial moderator staff role (in-game),
