Blacklist Reason: Death penalty without reason
Unblacklist Reason: I was under the assumption that the Mayor did not need to put a law to do a death penalty. The law says "US Federal Law is always in effect and cannot be amended." That is why I carried out an execution under the Federal Death Penalty Act of 1994. Now, the person who I performed an execution on was a French 12 year old, who had no intent to rp. They had commited multiple counts of murder with their vehicle (VDMing) and fail driving. They were also reckless driving, and tried to run me over once. I asked one of the officers in the cell if I can perform the death penalty, and he said that "we must" and he pulled out his revolver. I pulled out my glock and fired shots till he died.
I am now more clear that you need a law to do the death penalty created by the mayor, but because it was a federal law I thought it already applied. Also, the reason for the execution was murder. To add, he was also giving innapropiate comments to the officers in the cells, and he did not know one word of English. You might be wondering, how did we know he was being innapropiate? Well, he played google translate through his microphone, and told us to "suck his d***." I'm sure you know what that means. He also gave more comments, complimenting our backsides, and for us to lick his... you know again.
I only have one more day on the blacklist, and after getting premium I would like to try out detective for the first time, so I please ask you reduce or remove my blacklist as it was a misunderstanding over the laws and the Mayor making a specific one.
Time of Occurrence: Believe it was sometime on the 08/01/2021.
Additional members involved/witnessing: There was 2 other officers in the cell, a prisoner in the cell next over, and also the people on the radio who heard them reporting the French guy and asking for a translator.
