Request Reason: PD has responded a few times in the recently when they see a zone being captured and counter it i just want to know if it's allowed. in the video below it only shows a 30 second clip, but i was in my car and my team member was behind the wood stack and a cop rolled by and came back on foot, gun drawn coming for me i get out of my car and shoot and my team member followed along, and it became a massive shootout

Based on the provided video evidence and request reason for this report I have concluded no server rules have been violated. Please see the listed notes below for further understanding:

• In your video clip, you clearly display an illegal firearm of class 3 classification, on top of brandishing the weapon (equipt out, pointing at others), which can give law enforcement reason to detain you. You also threaten them and others as you open fire further posing an active threat. It is not clear who open fire first but weapons were visible. Law enforcement in the provided video clip has full right to apprehend you as you breaking the law.
• "PD has responded a few times in the recently when they see a zone being captured and counter it i just want to know if it's allowed." - Police may only engage you if you are believed to be committing a crime, this includes carrying a weapon, if it is a pistol they also can ask to confirm you have a licence. These zones are positioned across the map and police can technically investigate the activity of people attempting to capture if a crime is being or going to be committed.

Server Rules considered:

• 2.2.1 - You may not kill or knock out players without a valid In-Character reason.
• 2.2.4 - Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.
• 5.2.1.1 - Law Enforcement may only use deadly force when the situation requires the protection of themselves or others. For example, if a person is threatening your life, you may use your weapon in self-defense.
