What happened: @friskiemar was there during the RDM and basically can clear this up for me

What do you need refunded: All my items lost during the Mass penthouse RDM

You need to tell us exactly what you lost and what can be approved by logs and by Friskiemar. The current state of this refund request is not eligible to be granted. You have 24 hours to fix it

This was handled by me in-game already.

We never voided any kind of situation, I am unsure as to why you went around me to friskiemar for a refund. I am also unsure of where this "mass rdm" came from. Because the situation I handled had no kind of Mass RDM at all.

For further clarification, you had created 2 reports about Penthouse. One for PD, and one for CHOP. I handled the Penthouse problem, and now you went and made a similar ticket for CHOP Mass RDMing? This is confusing and I don't understand why the story changed.
