Permission to use MRP_Smoothcam

Title: Permission to use MRP_Smoothcam

I am limited by the technology of my time and request that all players be given permission to use mrp_smoothcam_on and mrp_smoothcam_off. These commands give us access to the cinematic camera effect used for official Thriving Venture productions.

Conditionally though, I am unfamiliar with this command but if it's just a cinematic thing that offers NO ROLEPLAY OR OTHERWISE BENEFIT, I couldn't imagine why not

also are you guys from management gonna trust a <22ys old internet random a tool that can be abused?

Plus: Monolith now is auto recording demos that you can easily make it replayable later, using noclip to shoot whatever footage you want

From my perspective, there isn't really a way to abuse it. It doesn't grant you access to noclip or anything. All it does is slow your mouse movements, hide the ui, and zoom in some. You wouldn't be able to see anything that you couldn't see with your regular camera.

I wouldn't mind this being a thing, but I know someone will find a way to exploit it, unfortunately.
