He was robbing the bank and still had one hostage, the sheriff decided to kill him and failed to value the hostage's life.

I can confirm the following items:
1x Honeybadger
2x Zipties
1x Lockpick
3x Drills

The Kevlar and Helmet was returned to him in the sit and should not be refunded. The deagle (edit: and the Kevlar & helmet) was what his friend lost, and although it should be refunded, I don't know why he didn't make his own refund request.
