It seems you both swerved into each others lanes.

However, Egg, yours seemed much more intentional in the sense that you went completely in front of his car and blew it up.
Not to mention, you were a government official and should be much more careful when driving.

His driving isn't what got you killed, he returned fire when you fired upon him. Which, you had every right to do so considering you were damaged, but it doesn't constitute a refund. Had you died from the initial crash, a refund would be considered.
