Date and time of loss: 1:45 PM (New Zealand time) 29th July 2017
What happened: Logged on after being on server two roughly 14hours ago (since time of post), was on server 2 due to server 1 being down. And now once I logged into server 1 my player level once again has been reset.

What I need refunded: Player level 44
Evidence: Before and after screenshots. Note: everyday I log on the server I take a screen shot when logging on and off due the number of times this has happened to me.
