Player level Reset After Update

I have played on the server for 3 days and my player level got to 33 but after the update i lost it im now level 1 and in mining i have level 25! so my job level stayed but not my player level and now i need help so i made a account on the Forums today so i need my levels back pls

Make sure you got screen shot of previous before update and new update and ask for refund. But a lot of people lost out buddy!

yes but heres the Problem My minig level is 25 and my medic level is 42 so that proves i have played for the time to get that level so thats my Prof
