Player level

I just had a Perma ban lifted, the console thought I was hacking.
when I logged back onto the server I noticed my player level is back to 1, I just unlocked secret service and don't want to have to re do all that work..

The console probably took away anything with your existence; i'd recommend moving this to the refund section and if you have any video/screenshot evidence at all of your levels then that would surely help your case.
