What happened: I was mistakenly perma banned for hacking, when the ban was appealed my player level was reset.

How much do you need refunded:35 levels at least because I just started being secret service. I dont know how to provide any proof, I just know I finally passed over the 200,000 player experience from mining a few days ago.

so theres literally nothing you can do? i have over 50 hours on here and it really seems like a waste to build it all back up if im likely going to lose it again due to some console hacking perma ban bs that i got for just lagging. because surely my connection could go to shit again and someone else try to kill me, not be able to, and bam, i get screwed for no reason..

would me being able to mine iron mean nothing? what minimum player rank would you be if you only had experience from mining up to mining rank 24? because i have proof of that.

But that is evidence? there's no way a player level 15 can be Mining level 24.. you would have earned more player level experience than that.
