You probably had the wrong guy then - there are lots of ppl out there with my same outfit. And I also had just logged on, so they were probably looking for someone else. But either way, it's still RDM and not allowed on the server.. soo..

Im sorry but no , it was just a guy who talked to me and told me to kill a certain person , gave me a physical description , the description matched with dhirschi's outfit and I killed him. I promise that it wasn't RDM , i don't have any reasons to RDM on a good server like that.

If the admins like, I can upload the whole recording from the time I logged in. Not one person on the server had KOS on me, so a hit is not valid here. @Zityx I suggest if you are performing a hit in the future, that you make sure that you have the right person. You can't just shoot up every person on the server that's a male character model wearing a certain type of clothing.

That being said. @Zityx performed a confirmed rule break by leaving the server immediately after looting my body. PMX revived me before my death time was even over and told me that he had left the server already. Thus leaving to avoid RP from those that had KOS on him from my team on his 10 minute depo timer.

One of my clan members witnessed him killing me and regrouped with two others from my group to KOS him and take my stuff back, but he had already left the server before they could even make it to my body (less than 3 minutes).

After considering the evidence presented, I have reached the following conclusion:

@Zityx had too little to execute a kill for and should have notified the hit setter of this matter. Whenever a hit is placed, a PID is required of the exact person and not based off of a description as it can and will ultimately lead to a situation in which you kill the wrong person. Whether or not such hit was valid, I cannot confirm.

Generally, we ask that you provide a screenshot or a video to prove that it was a hit but with the information you gave, it seems that you had far too little to go on and therefore the chances you killed the incorrect person are highly likely.

In future @Zityx , I advise you screenshot/take video of when you accept a hit and ensure that you have the correct knowledge and are 100% confident in your ability to find the name given. Description hits rarely end well. If you don't have this knowledge, talk to the hit setter. Get more information from them etc.

The minimum waiting time after combat to disconnect is 10 minutes. By breaching this and keeping the items, you confirm that they may be returned as well.

I do not feel as though further action is required beyond this message, though the death in question will be voided and @dhirschi will be eligible for a refund.
