i also made a report on him for defending from the outside of a base earlier, just wanna add up all the offences

It is clear that he is breaking FearRP, I can see he may be trying to find a loophole in a certain rule, which already seems suspicious.

Jeff should have complied and should have listened to your order since he was in the vehicle stationary in 3 parts of the video: 0:04; 0:14 ; 0:08.

Considering Jeff has recently already been punished for FearRP on a multiple offense charge, he will be banned for an extra four days, making it a 9 day ban.
