I was here for this. Pretty sure I deleted my video but I walked in bank, saw this kid asking Adom if he was selling guns, proceeds to pull out a weapon and mug him infront of NPC's and Bank for the guns he was "buying" and it is his second time doing so, as @heyitskev and Adom already had a sit with the kid about it, so he obviously got some kind of warning or punishment, then does the same thing again.

About 10 minutes later I saw him infront of bank again and he was saying something about how its his alt account and doesn't really care so I dont know if that wants to get looked into aswell.

I apologise for the wait on your player report, as I've had to chase up some things regarding it. After doing so, I've reached the following conclusion:

haydosd (76561198991718139) was clearly in eye shot of NPCs, in a government building and in a crowded place when he attempted to mug you. This is a clear violation of rule 4.1.1.5.

As a result of his actions and his extensive history, his currently standing ban will be extended by three days.
