Request Reason: RDM & Failrp - I was a swat sniper riding in with Chief. Stewart James and Afash Luco, we had just finished a pursuit with Tony Johnson when we found out a swat bearcat was stolen. We brought Tony Johnson with us on the pursuit and ended the stolen bearcat pursuit at 5:00 O'Clock. The next thing we know Stewart got crunched and a whole shootout starts with Atakan (Honestly I have no clue how he found us or how he knows Tony was with us unless he metagamed or saw us). I was the only surviving member of the MPD and they told me to put my hands in the air. I complied and put my hands in the air, next thing you know they are shooting me down to 4 health when I am complying. They bring me inside 5:00 O'Clock and ask for their warrants to be removed but they confiscated my comms. I went ahead and ate ice cream and drink water and they killed me for doing that. I was complying with their demands and they ended the roleplay because I drank and ate food. I asked in !help if it was allowed and Jacub responded with no.

First of all I dont even know why you made a report after I clearly told you it was an accident. second of all you were part of litterally a pd shootout against us and you pulled a sniper with the intention to kill us which I saw you do at some point. around 4:27 I was behind the bmw im pretty sure. and you still had a gun out the reason I didnt shoot is because you had a 50 cal on your back and I was there with a honey badger and 24 hp. Conclusion I didnt mean to kill him thats why I shot him in his foot because I didnt know what hp he was at and didnt want him to take alot of damage. 2nd he was litterally part of a pd shootout and couldve easily killed me and has been a threat to my live on multiple occasions he has also witnessed us kill almost the full pd. He also chased us as seen in the bmw video. Its also funny you guys hopped on cop to snitch on us about your past lives. And after he died and I died he still proceeded to arrest me in hospital for some reason? I also wanna add that this guy breaks character alot and its just annoying that every situation he gets in he mentions calling god and saying hes gonna report us. I wanna tag @Recommendations who is seen in the clip his name is Tony Johnson IC. Thats most I know about this situation.

When you decide to take someone as hostage it changes the scenario of the situation. I was no threat to your life as you had me under FearRP, you could’ve done so much other things in rp and actually negotiate with PD. You shot me WHILE I was zip tied, which is not allowed since you had no reason to. I didn’t threaten you guys with death nor did the PD even know I was taken hostage. I mentioned god twice during this situation and only this situation, one because you were shooting me while I was no threat, and two because that car is Stewart’s STAFF SPAWNED VEHICLE and may not be stolen and driven. If you had intentions to kill me in the first place you shouldn’t have taken me hostage. I did not switch on cop to snitch on you guys, you guys got snitched on in RP with other people, aka @StewartJames. The hospital situation was dealt with in RP as you requested to talk to Chief. Stewart James.

listen imma tell you again, We already had kos on you we just decided to take you hostage we had the option to kill you even when you were hostage we just didnt because we wanted to do a hostage situation then I killed you on (accident) I shot you in your foot so you take less damage just as a warning and you died my bad on that part I dont even know why you made a report while I told you I didnt even do it on purpose. and we already had kos on you the moment you pulled that bfg 50 and started pointing it towards my locations. and started to search for me with a revolver, No my bad the moment you started giving away our location at 72nd. And please stop mentioning staff in every situation you get because this is not the first time ive encountered you. Its just toxic and annoying.
