@Henry Rick, Can you please explain the situation in more detail please? Why were you telling him to get his hands up?

He was shooting at the window for no reason as far as I could see. Looked like he was either trying to actually shoot someone or was just minging around. I was worried about his next actions and was going to keep him to we got the chief but then he killed me.

After reviewing the evidence provided. I can come to the conclusion that:

• cholzwarth04 will not be punished for FearRP. This is due to the fact that he already has his weapon out when you approached him with yours as seen in the video.
  
• However he will be punished for corruption as he did not follow higher ups orders and decided to shoot you instead.

Punishment will be decided later based on record.
