Corruption + Demoting me for no reason. As you can hear one of the persons arrested even said out loud in voice that he committed a felony.

Edit: I will give the following reasons for why they were detained:
◘ Lock picked and attempted hot wire of police vehicle.
◘ Attempted theft of police vehicle.
◘ Conspiracy to mass murder.
◘ Interfering with a police investigation (Another cop helped taze him as he was blocking my way and evading my tazes).

After a review of the server logs, I'm having issues matching the timeframe of the video with the logs according to the time provided on the report.

• @Michael Benzene - Could you please explain your side to this situation and if you are aware of the user who was on the position who demoted Xarion from his job. Thanks.

If there is no response within 24 hours of a further statement after my comment than I shall proceed without their statement.

The time frame shown in the video is completely wrong and took my client-side local machine time. And my local machine time was wrong due to the Network Time Protocol (NTP) was not working as expected during the recording. However, the provided time in the report is the correct time of the occurrence of this unfortunate and really frustrating event.

I can confirm it was him who demoted me.

@SCOTTISH I've mentioned the time of occurrence in the report. And you can also see his SteamID uncuffing the players. The video evidence confirms who it was.

@Xarion , the video evidence timeframe alongside the report timeframe was checked and no demotion log could be found to confirmed who demoted you. The S.W.AT. Officer, there doesn't have the ability to demote you from a job so that would be insufficient and the full picture of this situation hasn't been explained from the other side.

If I do not get a response from the user, as of the moment there is insufficient evidence and I would proceed with what I have been given, which isn't much.

Ok I might be able to understand the log and demotion. How about corruption? He uncuffed the players I had arrested which is shown in the video and his steamID. I saw him today playing all day long and yet he can't make a submission to the report made against him?

I understand your perspective on this but this doesn't qualify as a rule violation, him uncuffing the people could be an action commanded by a supervisor higher than him.

If the user in question doesn't reply, the video will be reviewed again for rule violations but as of the moment, no evidence of sufficiency is presented.

Shouldn't he provide proof that he got orders from someone higher up? I can't make proof of evidence for his side. Also on the radio and police chat there were no order given to demote me. Also he was a S.W.A.T Commander at that time

In regards to the player report,

As previously mentoned, I require further evidence in order to determine if punishment was committed, as no further statement or evidence has been provided I, therefore, cannot continue as the evidence is insufficient.
